When will I receive my order?
We offer a variety of different delivery option so you can choose the one that suits you best. Our Royal Mail Special Delivery is very popular and gets to you guaranteed by 1pm the next day, even on Saturdays, it’s the perfect option for fast and discreet delivery. Our next service is the Royal Mail 1-2 working days delivery. Finally we have our Royal Mail 3-5 working days delivery. Our 1-2 days and 3-5 days delivery options also come with delivery status SMS and emails, so you know when you will receive your parcel.
All our UK delivery options come with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning, and Tuesday in the event of a bank holiday.
What will my parcel look like?
To ensure your discretion, your order will arrive in plain tamper-proof packaging with its contents concealed so that there is no indication of what is inside the parcel. Sometimes we may place a return address on your parcel. This is shown as Click Leaf Ltd, and there is no way of identifying Haircaretotal UK as the sender of your parcel. To make sure that everything you do is kept discreet, your credit or debit card statement will simply show a charge to Click Leaf Ltd, so even on your card statement there is no way of knowing where you spent your money.
What if I am out when my order arrives?
In order to help to prevent this from occurring, you can use your tracking number to keep tabs on where your parcel is to give you a better idea of when it will be delivered. If you're out when the courier calls, your courier will attempt to deliver your item twice more. We will also attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery.

HairCareTotal delivers to the whole of the United Kingdom and over 50 other nations worldwide. Delivery costs will depend on the country from which you are ordering from. The amount of time that it takes for your order to arrive will also depend on where you are ordering from. International deliveries will usually take around 5-10 days to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Being able to track your order provides you with peace of mind and helps you to know when your order is on its way. On your transaction confirmation email we also include your parcel tracking number so you can see its progress at any time.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
If you place your order using our Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service then you are require to sign for your parcel on delivery. However, if you order using our Free delivery option, then you are not required to sign upon delivery.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what shall I do?
If your order has not arrived on the date that it was supposed to then you can use your tracking number to find out where it is. Your courier may have already tried to deliver your order. You can also contact us and our customer care team will do all that they can to resolve any issue with your delivery.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to the address that is the most convenient for you. You can arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address or to a friend's house if you are unable to receive your order at home. Remember, since we only package your order in plain packaging with all the contents concealed, nobody will know what you have ordered.
